The governing layer behind the export programme
C-ONE defines the objectives, organizational structure, authority matrix and budgeted strategic programmes that direct export development for Markazi Province. The Kariz Circle consortium executes production and delivery within that framework.
Mission
To deliver a complete, coherent export package: from market identification and matching quality and price through to inspection, certification, freight and delivery at the buyer's warehouse.
Vision
A sustained presence for Markazi Province’s industries in regional markets, and a consolidated international reputation built through joint production and technology transfer.
Operating model
Eight non-competing companies with complementary capabilities under one shared structure; specialised allocation of resources and reduced uncertainty for the buyer.
